This is also based on the accreditation certificate received in 2017, on the basis of which it became a state-recognised rehabilitation employer.Since 2017, our company has been continuously employing people with a changed work capacity for rehabilitation purposes, employing an average of 45-50 people per year - people who are disadvantaged in the labour market due to their health or disability.

By promoting the employment of workers with disabilities, our primary objective is not only to provide employment for these people, but also to create jobs and workplaces that take maximum account of their individual qualifications, skills and disability-related exclusion or limitation based on their remaining working capacity. In the context of employment for rehabilitation, all regulations are complied with and all legal conditions are met, with the direct aim of developing adaptability and the indirect aim of compensating for disadvantages.

We provided assembly, sorting and packaging of plastic and metal products for the majority of our employees with reduced working capacity, in simple industrial employment, which most of them could do part-time for 4 hours, with adequate rest time during their working hours, depending on their health. The work they do is manual and does not require any professional qualifications, but we are constantly trying to improve their professional skills or acquire new knowledge through training and further training. We have a rehabilitation programme, which includes a personal rehabilitation plan in consultation with the employees, which is reviewed annually and adapted to any changes in working conditions. In addition, we provide the following conditions for working in the framework of occupational rehabilitation:

  • rehabilitation mentoring and rehabilitation counselling services
  • occupational health medical surveillance
  • occupational safety supervision
  • assistance and advisory services

Supportive advisory services

People with a disability are more emotionally vulnerable because of their disadvantaged situation and their awareness of illness, so we also consider it important to provide mental care and to develop a system of incentives to improve their attitude to work and life. To this end, we offer them support and counselling services, which include:

  • assistance and advice in managing affairs
  • facilitating access to specialist care
  • introduction to therapeutic treatments
  • awareness of mental development opportunities
  • social advice, information on social benefits, family care advice

Our rehabilitation site

The occupational rehabilitation activity is carried out in the rehabilitation plant established for this purpose in Balassagyarmat.
