Our company has a complex compliance program, managed, and monitored by lawyers, which includes regular competition law training for our employees and the verification of the knowledge acquired through the training by examination. We have also put in place a set of requirements covering the details of the competition policy in the form of a management directive, which we strictly require our employees to comply with and which we constantly monitor as part of our core tasks and objectives to ensure compliance with the new competition law requirements. The regular training is repeated annually and is mandatory for new employees.
